Annual Subscription

The FocusPMP software support team is available for all complaints, problems, suggestions and praise from our customers.  FocusPMP software comes with Annual Subscription, the details of which are mentioned below.

Due to the rapid technology changes in every industry around us, we understand how important it is to keep FocusPMP updated.
 
In order to keep up with the time and to make the software more useful for you, we have to make improvements in the software on continuous basis.

FPPL wishes to provide you support and service through Annual Subscription.

Presently Annual Subscription is 
Rs. 5000/- per year (without Indoor Admission facility)/ per location.
Rs. 7000/- per year (with Indoor Admission facility) / per location.
(Rs. 1000/- extra per additional users/computers in network/LAN)

Annual Subscription is mandatory for every licensed user of FocusPMP.  Annual Subscription for new users starts after one year of use of the licensed software.

For users of older versions of Practice Management Software (prior to 2006), Annual Subscription starts from the day the older version is updated or old data is converted to latest version.

Annual Subscription includes:

  • Technical support and assistance is available via phone, email, and through our website. Technical support is also available  on Cell No. 98194-51511. 
  • We also offer online support with the help of 'Teamviewer' for instant assistance. (In case of non-availability of person on these numbers, please send brief sms so that our Technical Support person may call you back at the earliest.)
  • Support for error messages given by the software is given through email, cell or through Teamviewer.
  • In some cases you may have to send your records-data through email or our website when software throws message signifying some problem in data. Repaired data is then sent back through email or our site after making corrections.  Presently this is also done through Teamviewer software.
  • Assistance for any software-related questions that may arise.
  • Consideration for product suggestions to be included in the future versions of the software and make it more users friendly.
  • For all communications in respect of Annual Subscription, Complaints, Suggestions you may contact us any time.
  • You may send email to ceo@havefocus.com for complaints of serious/confidential nature or for communicating directly with CEO.
Please note:

  • Annual Subscription is limited to single location and single user only.
  • Separate Subscription is required if the doctor installs the software at another location or when additional user wishes to use the same software with common data.
  • Additional user of same FocusPMP with separate data has to pay separately as a ‘New Buyer’ and separate Subscription is applicable in such case.
  • ‘User’ of software is the person in whose name the software is licensed (registered) and all the reports in the software are printed in the name of the user.
  • Annual Subscription does not cover any on-site support or training. In cases where on-site support is essential, charges applicable will be informed in advance.
  • Annual Subscription also does not cover implementation/installation, database administration, system/network/network security configuration, software customization, or training (other than “how-to” questions).
  • Additional charges may be applicable whenever the entire software gets upgraded to newer technology in respect of either front end or the database.
  • FPPL does not warrant that there will be any updates to the software during the maintenance term.
  • We also cannot guarantee that you will not experience some delay in our technical support.  Delays may occur due to heavy work loads, weekends and public holidays or in detecting the problem which is occurring at the user end or for reasons beyond our control.
  • FPPL has the right to refuse support and/or maintenance to anyone we deem, on the basis of outstanding payments, being rude or swearing, or any other reason we feel violates the nature of our business.
  • Contents of this Annual Subscription may be changed anytime without giving any prior notice. All changes will be posted on website www.havefocus.com. Changes when significant may also be emailed to users of FocusPMP.

Renewal and Payments:

Annual Subscription must be current and renewed every year. 
The renewal date of Annual Subscription is displayed in the FocusPMP main screen at the top right hand corner which indicates the end of Maintenance & Support Term. We request you to note this date.

You may be informed in advance about the renewal of AMC through email or sms. If payment is not received within 14 days of the renewal date, then it will be assumed that you do not wish to renew and your annual maintenance will be terminated and a reinstatement fee will be applicable should you wish to resume the contract.

Reinstatement Fee 
If you terminate Annual Subscription or fail to pay the renewal fee within 14 days from the date of expiry of the AMC, and you later wish to reinstate the Annual Subscription, a fee equal to 50% of all the total current retail price of the supported products or Rs. 7,500/- whichever is higher will be charged.

A reinstatement fee will also be applicable if the user has stopped using the software or is using irregularly and wishes to start using again.

Disputes:

Decision of FPPL will be final in case of any dispute arising out of interpretation of terms and conditions of the contract.

All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
